Hi this happened when I installed formidable forms etc. I have a htacess file and it is writeable but am on https so not sure if that is an issue.

  • There is nothing wrong with server settings, after the update or when loaded from backup it colides in some other plugins, turning all plugins off and on again seems to resolved the issue for me atm.

Tho after last update it changed on its own login page name to default by itself so I am little bit worried if it is safe anymore.

I am receiving this error since the latest update to this plugin, I rebuilt my .htaccess file, granted CHOWN etc and have decided to just disable this plugin for now to remove the warning message.
