unable to write to error log

    Per your instructions on the support functionality I’m entering this from our constant contact log. There is only one item but I did not find this error when searching this forum.

    We are not able to write to the /home/ourGoDaddyUser/public_html/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

    Advise?

    With that message showing up, basically we’re trying to write an error that’s showing up, but we’re not presently able to create the file.

    Are you tech savvy enough to attempt creating a file yourself on the server and give it write permissions? We can help with exactly which file/file name to create and the permissions.

    You’ll want to create a folder/file in your wp-content folder with this structure:

    /wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log

    folder and file permissions should be fine with 755

    Hopefully that gets the errors able to be logged so we can inspect them.
