Unable use or Edit Plugin 'Please Log in'

I was editing the super admin and switched users. now, I’m unable to access the plugin to edit it as it says ‘please log in’ even though I am logged in. How can I go back into the plugin and switch back the user if I’m not able to access the plugin page?

any help is appreciated. I’ve seen many people have had this problem in the past as well.
