• Hi,
Yesterday, when trying to delete a folder I got a message error popup and the waiting pointer was running for ever.
So I tried to unactivate the plugin, but it still seems to have its delete task running, and other tasks in the queue from another plugin cannot be executed.
I then tried the reset plugin that comes with it, but I found nothing else than clear the database and it didn’t change anything.
So how can I kill the delete event running for ever?
    Thank you for helping!

Refreshing or even closing the browser tab will stop Javascript from running in the current session and then the server will automatically stop running the function once it reaches its maximum execution time with could take a few minutes depending on how it is configured.

Thank you for your quick answer!

But now that I did a reset, I cannot access the Media library contents directly any more.
It is empty, and if I try to add a new item it does not appear.
Activating or disactivating the MLF pluging has no effect on it.

I can still see them from the Media library folders.

    What can I do?

In fact I still see them as a list, but no more as thumbnails.

    Any idea why?

Did you deactivate Media Library Folders before doing the reset and then activate it after the reset? If not, you are not likely to see your files. You can try the reset again and first deactivate Media Library Folders.

I might have done it the wrong way the first time.
However, redoing it right did not solve the problem.
Thank you for your answer anyway.

If you can send me an email ([email protected]), I’ll see what we can do to resolve the issue.
