  • This latest update is causing an error on the ‘Confirmations’ section.

Whenever I try to Add New confirmation or edit the existing one, it comes up with a message, ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ Try again.

    This error keeps repeating.

When I disable the eWay plugin the error goes away. Have you received any other complaints about this?

    G’day Webgator,

Thanks for the bug report, I’ll get a fix out very shortly (i.e. today).

In future, please start a new support ticket for each problem. The problem you have reported is not related to the V6111 error.

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi there,

I’m having the following issues and I’m using the latest plugin:
    Transaction failed:
V6111: Unauthorized API Access, Account Not PCI Certified
V6010: Invalid TransactionType, account not certified for eCome only MOTO or Recurring available

When I try to use the sandbox I get a Forbidden response.

Any help would be appreciated ??

    Cheers

    G’day lamyju,

Have you added your Client Side Encryption key?

    cheers,
    Ross

Yes I did. Could it be an issue on eWay’s side?

@lamyju please open a new topic (this one isn’t your support ticket) and we can discuss. Please post a link to your website, specifically a page with the form on it.

    cheers,
    Ross
