Unauthorised charges

    They lock you into an annual subscription. After you cancel, they still charge you and refuse to provide a refund.

    Update: refund has now been processed.

    Hello @nessentialspl,

    Thank you for your response and update.
    The paid version of our plugin has a recurring annual subscription. We do send a notice twice to our customers to let them know the subscription is about to renew.

    We will never charge Unauthorised though, as it is not in our or our customer’s interest as a Paypal Trusted company.
