Unauthorised install – unacceptable!

  • I don’t even know how this plugin sneaked into my site. I have Yoast SEO and surely never installed another SEO plugin. I saw some reviews complaining that once THIS plugin is installed, it automatically installs some other “friendly” plugins. Guess I have one of those those “friendly” plugins and one of them took the liberty to install THIS one for me.

    Hi @ymf,

    Thanks for your honest review! I’m really sorry for the confusion here.

    Are you referring to the MonsterInsights or OptinMonster plugins? If so then they have a Setup Wizard where there’s an option to install All in One SEO.

    If you don’t require All in One SEO, then you can safely deactivate and delete it and it will not be installed or activated again unless you run the Setup Wizard in those plugins again.
