Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues receiving email notifications.

Since you are not receiving any errors when sending a test email, it’s possible there might be a setting issue in your actual contact form.

Please confirm that you have assigned the intended email address in your contact form’s notification settings.

It may help to use a logging plugin like WP Mail Logging to confirm what the “receiver” or “To Email” is currently set to.

I have confirmed that the intended email address in my Ninja form is correct.

There is no error when I checked the Email log using WP Mail Log plugin and I also did a test using Check Mail plugin and mail-test.com, all went well.

Please advise, what should I do next.

I’m using Microsoft Outlook 365 and my WP Mail SMTP I’m using Other SMTP mailer. Will this affected?

I tried sending to my gmail email address, i can received it.

Thank you for keeping me posted.

The mailer connection doesn’t appear to be an issue since you are able to receive emails from tests and as you mentioned your gmail email address.

When you mentioned Google Workspace earlier, I assumed you were using the Google mailer. It might not make a difference, but as a troubleshooting step, you can try setting up the Google mailer.

Also, could you try using a different form plugin just as a test as well?
