Unbounce plugin activation triggers fatal error

    Hello,

    So I am trying to embed an unbounce landing page in my organization’s website. To do this, I had hoped to use the unbounce wordpress plugin. The unbounce plugin is installed. When I try to activate it, I receive the following error.

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/02/8938802/html/wp-content/plugins/unbounce/Unbounce-Page.php on line 24

    Any advice on what to do here?

    Edit: After looking further down the list of topics, this seems to be a PhP error. I will try to update it to at least 5.3.
