uncanny groups

    Hello,

    I cant seem to be able to save settings options. There seems to be an error when I try to save any of the settings. The ‘save’ button is not working. there is no actual error message but when I look at the html then there is a error message:

    Uncaught TypeError: o(…).DataTable is not a function
    at HTMLButtonElement.sendRestCall (bundle.min.js?ver=3.7:1)
    at HTMLButtonElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
    at HTMLButtonElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)

    Could someone please help me? I have been stuck at this for a couple weeks now and everyone is recommending to contact developers.

    Hi @nutrition2change, I’m so sorry, we did miss this ticket. Please note that this support forum is for the free Toolkit plugin; issues with our paid plugins (especially ones independent of the Toolkit) are easier for us to track and manage via our website. ( I do see that you just logged a ticket there too, that’s where support tickets should be added).

    We’ll follow up there, but as a first step it would really help if you could try disabling all of the plugins except LearnDash and the Uncanny Groups plugin to see if the issue still happens. Assuming it doesn’t, try reactivating things until it breaks, as this does sound like a possible conflict with another plugin. When you update the ticket with confirmation, it would also be great if you could confirm your WordPress, LearnDash and Uncanny Groups versions. Thanks!
