Uncanny Owl not showing in the menu

  • I cant get a log in and log out menu – I have activated your plugin but that doesn’t work.
    I have tried several ways and looked at your videos and I do it the same way.
    I don’t understand why it doesn’t work…

    I wonder if you could confirm the exact steps you’re taking and what you see on your site. I assume the module is activated, then under Appearance > Menus, do you see our “Uncanny Menu Links” widget? If you do, are you able to add it to one of your menus? If you are, is it the menu that’s associated with your header or footer? And if that’s all working, is the issue that the menu entry isn’t being output?

    Could we also confirm if you tried switching to a different them to see if it then shows up? There are some themes that do menu overrides where our links could potentially not work, but let’s confirm the above first.
