• Hi there,

After have consulted a number of wp engineers for the problem, get below reply saying

“I’ve finished my testing of your site, and have located the problem as it stands presently. The Uncanny Learndash Toolkit is the source of your inability to log in. With that plugin deactivated, I get the login prompt as expected. Once that plugin is enabled, I am redirected to your courses page.”

Also, as a result, I totally cannot access and manage the rest of my other plugins in wp. Seriously in need of urgent help!

Then was told to seek help from the developer.

Hope the developer can lend a hand to help out. Please.

    Thank you.

*not a techy person. Tiring and upset ??

  • Sorry @glinstrument, I wonder if you could provide more details about the issue here. It’s not clear if your issue is:

    – Blocked access to the Plugins page in /wp-admin/
    – Users are redirected from the login page to a courses page when they visit the login page
    – Users are not able to log in

Can you confirm what specifically is happening?

Did whoever looked at the issue disable individual modules in the Toolkit to isolate the behaviour?

Is the user that you attempted to log in with using an admin role? I ask because the User Verification component of the Front End Login module would block non-admins from logging in if not verified from the user edit page in /wp-admin/.

If this is related to a setting in the Front End Login module, try logging in with the Toolkit disabled, then reactivate it while logged in, then make the required changes.
