uncaught DOMexception

    Hello,
    Since the last update of Music Player for Woocommerce, the player doesn’t work anymore in the shop and even in the medias administration in WordPress. The mp3 files are in the database and you can buy and upload them but you can’t listen to them.

    In the shop, bug inspector message is :
    Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The media resource indicated by the src attribute or assigned media provider object was not suitable.
    In the medias administration, the message is :

    Could you please give me a path, some kind of a solution to fix it. I didn’t find a significant anwer in any forums and supports.

    My apologies. I never received the notification of your question.

    The issue you are reporting happens in the following cases:

    1. The file associated with the product is not an audio file, or the plugin cannot identify the file as an audio file. If it is an audio file, but the plugin does not identify it as audio:

    * Go to the settings page of the plugin through the menu option: “Settings > Music Player for WooCommerce”.
    * Tick the “For files whose extensions cannot be determined, handle them as mp3 files” checkbox.

    2. There is a problem with the website or browser cache. If you are using a plugin to manage the website’s cache, please, try again after purging the cache.
