I see the following error on your site which will prevente the payment request button from rendering:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):754

.

That error can happen if you’re enqueueing jQuery in your theme or another plugin which isn’t necessary. WordPress already includes jQuery.

thanks @mrclayton i’m searching now to see if i can figure what might be doing that. no luck yet.
