    After disabeling the premium features for woocommerce prodcuts due to a conflict I am getting now for the free version an uncaugh error.

    Do you have a live URL where we could check a few things out?

    Also, if you can confirm one thing, please – are Blocksy (theme) and the Companion Pro (plugin) up to date and on the same version, 2.0.57? The free Companion plugin is not needed if you already have Pro.

    I asked my client and he isnt keen on sharing it before its life. Thats a but of a bummer. I checked and the versions are up to date. It comes up in the woocommerce –> status –> Logs

    I understand, but unfortunately we cannot advise anything without seeing the site. It is impossible to diagnose something just by words. ??

    One thing that I can confirm from our end is that this exact error has been fixed with last week’s update. Maybe you can take a look at the logs and see when exactly it was produced? If it is before July 3rd, then it is most likely a remnant from the old version of Blocksy which did not have this fix.

    I totally understand this. I just checked and it seems to be solved. I overwrote the current theme and plugin with the same version. I think on the automatic update there was some file missing.
