• Hi,

We are facing this error on order detail page, inside shipcloud box.

Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_weight() on bool in public_html/wp-content/plugins/shipcloud-for-woocommerce/components/woo/order.php:2076

Can you please tell me how to fix this? the product in order is a variable product.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @janothemes
can you tell me how you setup the variable products? Do they each have a weight and dimensions? When I set this up locally I get the correct weight.

    Hi,

No we did not setup any weight and dimensions, But still it should not create any error.

The error itself is thrown by a function from WooCommerce. There’s not a lot I can do to change that. All I can do is catch the error and react accordingly. But I’d really like to understand the underlying problem first.
