Hi Just had an email saying my back up failed so when I checked why and ManageWp Worker was deactivated.

I activated it and got an error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mwp_provision_keys() in

    plugins/worker/init.php:579 Stack trace: #0
    plugins/worker/init.php(765): mwp_init() #1

Just had a look in this file i.e. init.php and it suggests the plugin wasn’t updated properly so I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still won’t activate. Just displaying the same error.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Colin

I am still waiting for a followup on their main website.

What plugins have you got installed?

I disabled all of mine but that didn’t help. I went back to an earlier version and the same.

They tried at their end to update it to another version and my website got http 500 error. So had to delete the plugin.

My other 2 websites are alright so don’t know.

    Hi
Problem could be fixed as the new update didn’t show any errors but what caused it?

I had to delete the website from ManageWP as the username was different for some reason.

Thanks for fixing the problem so hopefully it will work now.

It was an issue with the 4.3.1 Worker where it would throw an error after a failed update, instead of rebuilding itself to the latest stable version.

We pushed a 4.3.2 update as soon as we identified the problem – when you readded the website, you used that version.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Thanks
That makes sense and explains why I had to re add the website again.

    Cheers
