Uncaught Error: Class “C_NggLegacy_Thumbnail” not found

  • We’re getting this error, and a thumbnail was not generated, so I assume it’s related. We don’t have any ‘legacy’ templates or other ‘legacy’ settings in our NextGen settings, as far as I can see. I am replacing our website name with ‘website’:

    We are sorry to hear of the problem. Our developers are aware of it, and they look forward to having it fixed in the next update.

    In the meantime, I recommend you temporarily downgrade to NextGen Gallery 3.41.

    I am happy to inform you that the issue with Class “C_NggLegacy_Thumbnail” not being found is already resolved.

    Please feel free to update to the latest NextGen Gallery 3.57.

    Good morning, with version 3.58 I no longer see the error “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “C_NggLegacy_Thumbnail” not found in …/package.module.legacy_compat.php:1842″

    but I see another error:

    “PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “C_Exif_Writer” not found in …/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/legacy_compat/package.module.legacy_compat.php:1939″

    Can you please have a look?
