    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

If you have access to the WordPress admin, please, try deleting Page Builder and then re-install the plugin from Plugins > Add New. Use the search form at the top right to search for Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Install and activate.

    Hi,

To regain access you’ll need to remove the incomplete SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin files using FTP. To do this please connect to your website and navigate to your WordPress directory. Navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete the siteorigin-panels directory.

Open your website and navigate to Plugins > Add New and search for Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Install it and when prompted, activate it.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
