uncaught exception yoast seo 2.1.1

I am seeing the html code for the Yoast SEO plugin in the debugger of a Safari browser.
Would this mean the seo code is not being read by any visiting robots?
The code is listed in the exceptions field and the uncaught exceptions field in the debbuger.

The seo for this site is awful. which is the reason I am expecting a problem with code.
