Uncaught exemption with comments via Jetpack

    I am using the comments feature included with Jetpack. When a comment is submitted the following error is displayed

    This occurs with all options IE facebook etc.

    I am not using twentyseventeen as a theme and i cannot find any help on this topic.

  • Hi @cappuccinomedia,

    Can you try deactivating Jetpack Comments to see whether the error message still appears? This will tell us whether the issue is related to the comments module or specific to the theme you are using.

    If you’re still seeing that error after deactivating Jetpack’s Comments module, could you temporarily activate one of the default themes, like Twenty Seventeen, to see if that fixes it?
