Uncaught (in promise) DOMException

  • Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Transaction timed out due to inactivity.
    g.onabort.g.onerror @ localforage.nopromises.min.js:7

    Can someone tell me why I continue to get this error in my inspector?

    – Install worked and all credentials for gcloud provided, works perfectly on mozilla but nothing else!
    – On Chrome (web) does all but will not receive push notification.
    – On Chrome (mobile) will sign you up and track you via wp push panel but will not receive push notification.
    – Mozilla & Chrome will not receive the 1 time push

    *Update

    The Service Worker seems to be working but the manifest looks incomplete to me, also in chrome I continue to receive notifications from the site say that I am able to receive notifications from the site.
