    I noticed you had a topic in 2018 which was closed.
    I have now also one.
    php error.log

    [30-Nov-2019 16:13:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught OutOfBoundsException: ipRange is not a valid property for this block type in /../wp-content/plugins/wordfence/models/block/wfBlock.php:1148
    Stack trace:
    #0 /../wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/wfWAFIPBlocksController.php(63): wfBlock->__get(‘ipRange’)
    #1 [internal function]: wfWAFIPBlocksController::synchronizeConfigSettings()
    #2 {main}
    thrown in /../wp-content/plugins/wordfence/models/block/wfBlock.php on line 1148

    Note:
    I did have one entry in the blocking options. It was last accessed 9/3/19 and it was one IP address. I did remove it today, since it was not used for 3 month now.

  • Hey @mbeerli,

    Are you still receiving the error since you’ve removed the IP?

    I think this might be related to the database. Can you go let me know your database version and type?

    It’s located at Wordfence -> Tools -> Diagnostics -> MySQL -> Database version.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    No, I have not, but deleting your DB entries is not a good solution.
    Version: 5.6.44-cll-lve

    Hey @mbeerli,

    I agree, and would like to get to the root of the issue as well.

    Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.ads-software.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    Thanks,

    Hello WFGerroald,
    I looked at the Diagnostic info and I am not quite ready to share all that information. If you let me know what particular infos relating to this issue, might be interesting, I can probably share those.

    Hey @mbeerli,

    At a minimum, can you share your PHP version, WordPress version, and a list of your plugins including the versions?

    What would be more ideal is if you can send yourself a Diagnostic report, edit the information you’d prefer not to share and forward the rest to us.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Latest WP Version 5.3
    php 7.3.10
    List of plugins I do not see a reason, but they are all the latest.

    Hey @mbeerli,

    Thanks for the information.

    The list of plugins would be useful so we can try to find any correlation between your case and the couple other people who have reported this specific error.

    Can you also please share your themes list, mu-plugins, drop-in plugins, db extension details from the phpinfo() part (including mysqli, mysql, and mysql_nd), and the “System” value from the top of the phpinfo() section.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    I will report it back, should I get the error again.

    Hi @mbeerli,

    If you do get the error again, can you provide the output of:

    SELECT * FROM wp_wfblock7

    This will output the current firewall block list – and this will allow the team to analyse why that error is showing.

    Hey @mbeerli,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

    Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
