I have gone through the solutions from this forum but I am still having the issue of Uncaught ReferenceError: es_submit_page is not defined.

This error is coming after updating plugin to newest version 3.5.17

I have removed plugin and re-installed it. Removed site cache.

Still, I face the same issue.

    Kindly response asap.

    Thanks for quick response,

I found one older version of the plugin on git which has widget/es-widget.js file but it is giving errors of POST URL of 404 and error notice object.

Let me know what to do, it is not working at all… neither new version nor older version patch.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    It seems cache related issue.

Kindly, use the latest version (3.5.17) and also clear cache and check once again.

If it doesn’t solve the issue, request you to enable the plugin and give us some time to check on your site. We will check and update you.

    Hello,

There isn’t any caching issue, because, I removed plugin twice and re-uploaded the latest version i.e. 3.5.17.

because when I added the es-widget.js file from the older version of 2 years before to widget folder of a plugin, it fixed the Uncaught ReferenceError: es_submit_page is not defined error. But then it showed notice/message related errors and I fixed that too, but after that, it is showing an error of 404 for “https://www.dhanesha.com/%5Bobject%20MouseEvent%5D/?es=subscribe”

    Kindly update me on this…
