    Hi Dean,

Hmmm… there’s an error in your code related to the map icons JS file. That suggests a plugin or theme conflict. What theme are you using? Could you email it to us via our Contact Form: https://wordimpress.com/contact-us (just email us a link of the theme ZIP file in your comments)

Have you also tried creating a new Map?

Let me know about those items.

Just circling back on this. Any progress?

Hello sorry for the delay… The theme is custom built by myself, and it has not been modified, I stress it was working perfectly then suddenly I noticed it was not working, the only thing that had been done from when it was working and when it wasnt was I remember updating your plugin.

    Will email files now.

    Hi Dean,

I tested with your theme and immediately on activation I was met with many PHP warnings and errors. Most seem to revolve around the single.php file. I was able to clean it up just enough to view my maps pages and didn’t have any trouble seeing the maps at all.

But all that together really points to some underlying issues with the theme. I would highly suggest reading up on Debugging in WordPress from this Codex article: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress

At this point, this really falls outside the scope of our support.

If the maps were working as expected previously, here’s a few suggestions:

    1. Focus on resolving the PHP errors. If that is all cleaned up then the Maps should work perfectly fine
    2. If not, try creating a new map and see how that goes
    3. Lastly, you can simply roll-back to the previous version using our WP-Rollback plugin if you prefer

    Thanks!

There are no email errors, this code is all to do with custom code we have built into WordPress or are related to plugins.

All code is working fine this end, and again I’ll stress everything was working fine up until an update on the plugin so what did you change in the last update?

Did you say a javascript file is missing or something? perhaps we can just call this ourselves in the functions.php

If you turn on WP_DEBUG you’ll see the PHP errors related to single.php, specifically that the syntax is wrong which caused the endwhile; to not be parsed correctly.

Have you tried switching to twentytwelve to see if the map still has trouble? That would say definitely whether or not it’s related to the theme.
