Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

    When trying to upload a csv I am receiving the following console errors and the page shows the loading bar forever without getting past step 2 of the import:

    Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

    Undefined index: map_from in wp-content/plugins/product-reviews-import-export-for-woocommerce/includes/importer/class-wf-pr_revimpexpcsv-import.php on line 156

    Undefined index: eval_field in /wp-content/plugins/product-reviews-import-export-for-woocommerce/includes/importer/class-wf-pr_revimpexpcsv-import.php on line 158

    Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?
