    Hi,

I’m getting an error when clicking an event on a booking form. This is the error:

Uncaught TypeError: a.substr is not a function booking-system-functions.min.js:1
        at bookacti_format_event_duration (booking-system-functions.min.js:1)
        at Object.<anonymous> (booking-system-functions.min.js:1)
        at Function.each (f98lg.js:3)
        at bookacti_fill_picked_events_list (booking-system-functions.min.js:1)
        at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (booking-system.min.js:1)
        at HTMLBodyElement.dispatch (f98lg.js:4)
        at HTMLBodyElement.r.handle (f98lg.js:4)
        at Object.trigger (f98lg.js:4)
        at Object.a.event.trigger (f98lg.js:10)
        at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (f98lg.js:4)

Any idea what the problem might be?

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Hello chris,

JS errors are often due to plugin conflicts,
Can you follow the steps below “Booking Activities doesn’t work as it should” here:
    https://booking-activities.fr/en/documentation/faq/
and let me know the results?

    Regards,

    Hi,

Did what was recommended and found the conflict to be with this plugin:
    Simple Calendar.

As the calendar plugin provides core functionality to the website and I have a tight deadline, I decided to use a different booking plugin. Which is a shame, because I suspect the bad code is in the Simple Calendar plugin, judging by the recent negative feedback they’ve received.

    Thanks for the support.

Yes this was a known conflict, sorry (there is a list of known conflicts on the same FAQ page), I have tried to look for the origin of the conflict few months ago, but it was harder than expected, it would take a lot of time to debug.

Really sorry you had to choose between those two plugins too.

    Regards,
    Yoan Cutillas
