    Hello @jrrafaelg,

We have tried several widgets, but we can’t find this problem on our side. Can you explain in more detail about this problem? We’d love it if you could provide us with a link that points to that page.

For now, we recommend you try deactivating the plugins one by one to make sure there are no conflicts with other plugins.

    Thank You

    Hello @jrrafaelg,

We haven’t heard from you in a long time, are you still having this problem? Since we haven’t heard from you in a long time, we’ll assume you don’t have this problem anymore and we’ll mark this forum as resolved. If you have any other problems or questions, feel free to create a new forum.

    Thank You

Hi, i have this kind of error in two my site with 6.1 Elementor pro version. Your tool is required for Elments Elementor Theme kit.

This issue appears and disapears: first load problem, refresh all works, third load issue, refresh all works..and so on.

I disabled all plugins and then i re-activated them one by one…now all seem to work.

I am having the exact same problem, how can I fix it?

Hello, my solution was to stop using the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin, on all the pages where it had started to fail and since they have not released updates, I had to eliminate it. I use templates from Envato Element (Template Kits) and unfortunately in many of them the Jeg Elementor Kit is present

    Hello,

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. At this time we are still unable to determine the cause of this issue. We still can’t replicate this issue on our side, all is working normally.

But we have previously tried to make a fix for it. You can try to install the plugin with the file below and try to check it again. Before installing the plugin, it would be nice if you can back up all your data first to restore data if something goes wrong.

We have plans to update the plugin as early as next week. We hope to get feedback from you about this fix.

    Thank You

Hello, I am experiencing the same issues, is there a fix to this? I have tried your plugin that you commented here, (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YfbIFybxZuX7dEB-5VmiLmNbx5rjwMcJ/view?usp=sharing)
