    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

    Thank you for your assistance. Switching to the default theme worked for me without deactivating other plugins to find the problem.
    The file “jquery.form.js” used in my theme had a lower version than used by contact-form-7, replacing theme’s “jquery.form.js” file with the same version of CF7 is solved the problem.
