If possible please share some details regarding the environment that you are testing on(i.e. OS, Browser, Screens Size, etc.).

I found the cause of the problem.
The problem is caused by the firefox and chrome modules POPER BLOCKER https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/addon/poper-blocker-pop-up-blocker/

If i deactivate POPER BLOCKER and refresh the page the problem is solved.
