    Hi,

I have a form that uses some calculation fields that is not working anymore. When I preview the form the fields are working as expected, but on the live page these are not working.

In the Inspector console I’m seeing this error:

Uncaught TypeError: t.inputmask is not a function
    at e.get_field_value (front.multi.min.js?ver=1.24.6:1:111398)
    at e.maybeReplaceFieldOnFormula (front.multi.min.js?ver=1.24.6:1:110446)
    at e.recalculate (front.multi.min.js?ver=1.24.6:1:108921)
    at e.recalculateAll (front.multi.min.js?ver=1.24.6:1:108809)
    at front.multi.min.js?ver=1.24.6:1:106981
    at w (3362083.js:3:360024)

Could you please help me solve this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi @andxres,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

Just to ensure no other plugin or theme is causing a conflict, can you please try a complete conflict test? I hope the following flowchart comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Since this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disturbing the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please let us know the results so that we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Nebu John,

Thanks for your reply! I followed the instructions and it appeasers the issue is gone when I’m changing the (Divi) theme.

Do you have any advice on how do solve this conflict?

    Thanks!

Nevermind, I figured it out – in fact it was a script from Freshdesk. Thanks for your help!
