    I tried to replicate the issue on my test instances, but everything works as expected for me. As the issue appears only on your end, it may occur due to a plugin conflict. You could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin and enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins. If the issue disappears, enable the plugins one by one and check which one causes the problem, then replace it with an alternative plugin. Also, please make sure you publish the changes and not just saving the draft, as you can see here.

    Oh alright… that’s really weird.

    I’m trying to troubleshoot my site with the plugin you recommended, but all I get is the message

    We were unable to copy the plugin file required to enable the Troubleshooting Mode.

    How can I troubleshoot my problem then?

    Hi @jmtheman!

    You could backup your site and manually deactivate all plugins. Then, reactivate them one by one while refreshing the site. This way you will be able to check if a plugin causes the issue and replace it with an alternative one.
