Unchanging URL

I am forwarding my site from another URL, https://s270848109.websitehome.co.uk/blog/ to https://www.sugarpollution.com/blog.

Everything works fine on the rest of my site, but for some reason on my blog the address in the bar won’t change even when I follow a link to a completely different site.

I’ve already tried re-saving my permalinks but that hasn’t solved the problem.
