    Hi @ismaeeling, sorry for the delay!
    …for some reason, advices not sent emails when someone open a new topic.

    …when you save, the checked box still checked, then you reload and it is unchecked? or when you try to save, the checkbox always is unchecked?

    Can do you try one of two of this things?

    – deactivate other plugins and try again
    – open javascript console and look for some error (on chrome: menu > more tools > developer tools > console tab > errors pane
