I’m guessing you might be referring to Zendesk’s guidance on creating an account there. Unfortunately we can’t change that at our end, as it isn’t part of the plugin. However you might like to comment on the article at Zendesk to suggest any improvements.

If you need any help setting up the plugin you’re welcome to post in the forums.
