I’ve been using Cloudflare plugin for awhile on all my sites and has worked great. Figured v3.0.5 may have gotten all the issues all worked out so I’m trying this version on a new site.

Able to put in my cloudflare email and the API info but now at the settings page and nothing is clickable. I’m unable to chose an Active Zone, Click on Home, More Settings or anything.

I figured it may be a browser issue. Safari 9.1.2 but same thing happens in Firefox v44.

I’m deactivating and will install v1.3.24

  • Hi @rdanamcd,

Can you give me some information about your wordpress blog’s domain? Which format is it in?

    subdomain.domain.com?
    domain.com?
    domain.com/blog?

3.0.5 is pretty stable, one of the last issues we’re in the process of debugging are like the one you’re experiencing – mapping the root domain from your cloudflare account to the wordpress blog’s url.

    Thanks,
    John

Hi yes, it’s on a development server dev.mcleodhealth.org at Pantheon.io and it’s password protected.

Our test server will be test.mcleodhealth.org and then finally live https://www.mcleodhealth.org. Will still be in development for awhile though.

I’ve downgraded to 1.3.24 but let me know to test anything out in the new version.

    Thanks
    Dana

When you administer your blog are you doing it on your cloudflare domain or a pantheon.io domain?

    (@rdanamcd)

We administer it using dev.mcleodhealth.org. I did notice the choice in the active zone wasn’t dev.mcleodhealth.org or even the correct Pantheon domain. It was something like endzone.pantheon.io but the correct Pantheon domain for the site is: dev-mcleod-health.pantheonsite.io

    Thanks

    Hi @rdanamcd,

We’re planning to do a release this week fixing the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi @rdanamcd,
