Unclosed Popup

Hi ITRO,

Beside clicking on the (X) or let the timer runs out to close the popup? Any way it can set NOT be able to close even if the mouse happens to clicked anywhere on the screen? Because I want the visitors/members able to read the message that can be important? Most people will read it in general. Unless they decide to close it themselves.

Ya, I can set the timer to popup for every hr or two but it will be every annoying.
