    Hello there,
I’ve setup Glossary on my WP installation, but it doesn’t seem to be working as expected.
The WP theme I’m using is Uncode (by Undsgn), that includes WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer).

The issue is that none of the terms I have set for testing gets recognized at all. It looks like my text content is invisible.
And no matter if the content is from inside a page or a post, it only works on the page I’ve set to be the Glossary index.

Is there any chance to make this plugin work at allo or not?

  • Hi, the issue is based on WP Bakery. This because Visual composer/page builders are not standard and change the wordpress flow on printing stuff.

For us is impossible to add the support for every visual composer on the market and also by version with other plugin because create other issues.

For that reason we added a shortcode in the pro version https://codeat.co/glossary/docs/parse-the-content-that-you-want/ that let to wrap the text to be parsed by glossary manually and avoid those problems.

Don’t worry my “connazionale”, ?? I understand that.
Consider you’re not the first one giving me this kind of answer but at least you’ve been the kindest ’till now ??

Keep going, nowadays customer caring it’s more important than the product itself!
This is why codeat is leading my own “next Glossary plugin to buy” ranking ??

    Cheers!
