I select all images in the WP-Optimize Premium?3.5.0, to convert them to WebP versions, and the popup window shows up, saying I have 65000 images, but it’s showing 65000 are finished (immediately it shows that), 0 compressed, and the timer just runs forever and does nothing. It says don’t close the browser, so I left it run for over 7 hours, and it did nothing. I turn on lazy load to see and all of the images disappear. Just leaves blank spots. Please help. How do I compress these? Where are they stored so I can see if they were compressed (I see no new ones in the media gallery). I have since turned off lazy load and Automatically compress newly-added images, just so my website continues to work, but I have no other options (very limited) in compressing either 100 at a time, or a selection of them… It’s all or nothing and the plugin that uses reSmush.it seems broken and worthless. Please help me fix this. Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for getting in touch.
I would love to help take a look at this issue. Unfortunately, seeing as you are using the premium plugin, you will need to make your request through our Premium support channel here as per WordPress’ policy.

    Looking forward to assisting you.

    Regards.

Just wanted to say that the premium support is not good at all! I followed your instructions and sent another help through the premium. You guys emailed me back to ask for credentials. I sent that. And as of yet, a day later, I still have heard nothing back. So I sent them another email today. Nothing. I have no idea if they are getting the credentials, looking at things, or just ignoring me. I certainly didn’t think it would take this long to get premium support.

    Hi,
I can confirm that one of my colleagues has taken on your request and the credentials you sent last have been received. He will respond once done with the checks.
    Thanks.
