Uncorrect price showing

    Hello,

    I have one problem with WCMP.

    In vendor dashboard there 3 tabs.

    In one is today sales and then is Today’s earnings, and the last is Net Balance.

    And then I have a problem because the numbers aren’t right.

    In my case the vendor comission is fixed and it is 30€ per products sold. Product costs 120€.

    I have the price set in woocommerce with tax.

    And as you see in the picture below in link, in the first tab “today sales” is the right price with tax, but earnings in the second and third tab are not correct. There is 121,23€, but the right price is 90€.

    In Sales below the tabs, MY earning is right, 30€ and 60€ but Sales is not correct. In the first is 109,59 but there should be 120€
    In second there is 219,18€ but should be 240€ (for 2 products sold)

    One product costs 120€.

    Where can i fix this problem.

  • Hi, sorry to hear that. can you please share us the screenshot if the order details page and commission details page of that order (click on the commission id via WCMp >> Commission ), and please do share us the payment settings of WC Marketplace via WCMp >> Settings >> payment.

    these screenshots will help us understand the settings and the outcome.

    p.s. we would also request you to install our new beta version 3.0 (https://github.com/dualcube/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/master.zip) in your staging and check the calculation and report again, here we have added many features and revamped our dashboard with some fixed issues.
