    Please update the free to 1.9.173 to resolve the error.

    Hi, not-very-experienced coder here. I want to update the plugin by deleting the old plugin file and reuploading the updated version. But do i then lose the changes i made within this plugin? Like the email templates and whatever else i dont remember?
