    We’re seeing lots of these in our error logs (multiple sites, all running latest WordPress and php8.1)

    PHP Warning: Undefined array key “extension” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sal/class.json-api-post-base.php on line 917

    Any ideas?

    Hi there

    I did some testing here but I was unable to reproduce this warning. Do you know if there’s a specific action that is being taken on the site right before the warning is generated?

    Unknown – I’m simply reporting the error produced by your plugin in the hope it might be helpful.

    @thomastolkien,

    Thanks for the report. Usually, PHP warnings don’t break the site, at least not in a visible way, so this is something you can ignore.

    That said, we can inform the development team as it looks like something that can be fixed quickly.

    But before we do that, can you try deleting and reinstalling Jetpack on one of the sites? Let us know if the warning persists or not after that.

    Regards.
