    Hi, It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins, with the latest version of Elementor.

    Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

    Once the conflicting plugin is identified, you can contact the respective plugin/theme support to check for the compatibility.

    For the time being, you can rollback the Elementor version to 3.14.1 to avoid the compatibility issue.

    I had a similar problem whilst creating my first template. I resolved it by ensuring both Basic & Pro were the same version ie 3.18. Previously they were mismatched 3.17.1 & 3.18. Glad it was an easy fix as I am really struggling learning a new page builder.
