    Are we supposed to guess the rest of the details, like the full error message or the circumstances of when this happens?

    Assuming you’re using the latest version (currently 4.3.0), it looks like that points to this line here.

    I think I found the bug, it looks like if you’re using a placeholder with the value, the value key in the $atts array doesn’t actually get set! I can fix that. It is just a warning so it shouldn’t stop your forms from working ?? but thank you for pointing this out!
