Undefined array key when using toggle for Akismet

    Greetings!

    I recently tried the new option to check form submissions against the Akismet API after installing and setting up an API for Akismet.

    However I’m getting errors as below such as when I make a submission in the form:
    [27-Aug-2022 05:57:17 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /home4/goseongg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/src/Forms/Akismet.php on line 148

    The message still arrived to my email address. But I thought I’d provide the feedback.

    I took a look at the form, and I was able to submit the form and I didn’t noticed the error message you’re seeing. When you have sometime, can you please share the steps I can follow to replicate the issue?

    Thank you Prashant but I am talking about the error log file on my server. It’s technically a PHP Warning, but of course only I can see it.

    I just installed Akismet, toggled the setting, and now I get these PHP Warnings throughout each day in the log. Just letting you know.

    Hey @goseongguy – Thanks for the patience and I apologize for any confusion that my previous message may have caused.

    We had a chat with our developers, and it was a bug in the plugin which caused the warning message. Our developers have already fixed the issue, and we plan to release the fix in the upcoming update.

    I’ve changed the ticket status to active and when the update is released, I’ll be sure to circle back to notify you.
