Undefined Entries I don′t understand

  • Hi,
    your Plugin is doing kind of what it should do. Very Basic.
    I had to write a little Plugin, so I could hide the Menu entry for other users.
    It is important, that one author can′t “spy” on the others who was working when on what.
    But my real Question is: When I look into the log, I see entries which are weird:
    What does it mean with “Attachments”, the same IP as my Work 1 1/2 hours earlier than I was in (Laptop was with me), Meta CV, User N/A and Action Uploaded. No new Media in the Media library.

    Can you please explain this to me (us)?

    I really would like to have a plugin who does the log right, without any strange things going on. But not heavy on the load too.

    I assume some plugin (or the theme itslef) added this media item to the site automatically due to some action, unfortunately that’s the only explanation I can give for this item.
