In v4.2 of the plugin I’m get the following fatal error, preventing my site to display anything on my events page. The last working version I have confirmed is 4.1.2 (didn’t try 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 yet).

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_embed() in /home/[MYDOMAIN]/public_html/[MYSITE]/assets/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Templates.php on line 148

Any idea what this could be about, and – more importantly – how to fix?

UPDATE: just checked and can confirm that v4.1.4 is still working fine as well, so it seems this bug has been introduced in v4.2

    Hi @pyramusnl,

Thanks for getting in touch! We’ve just pushed an update to version 4.2.1 of our plugins, which addresses a number of bugs present in version 4.2. If you haven’t already, I strongly recommend updating to the newest version as soon as you’re able–it should resolve this issue and get you up and running with our newest features right away.

Thank you, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!
