  • Hello, could you please provide more details about your setup?
Do you have the latest WPML version installed?
That function that you are mentioning is part of WPML core package.
If you cannot find it – then you most definitely need to update your wpml to the latest version.

The function is located in \sitepress-multilingual-cms\inc\functions-load.php

Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed! You can use a plugin for this if you like (example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/duplicator/)

    Thank you George!
That should be the problem, as WPML is indeed updated.

Were you able to fix your problem?
Let me know if you still need assistance.
I am marking this ticket as resolved.

    Hi George!

The WPML subscription is expired, so I couldn’t update it.
    Anyway, this is resolved.

    Thanks!

Hi guys, how did you resolve this issue? I’m experiencing it as well and would like to know any ideas.

    Thanks for any hint,

    @jan444
Please make sure that you have the latest versions available.
It is always a good idea to update the files via FTP.

You can always open a new ticket in wpml.org if the problem persists.

    Hey, fgilio!
Please share how you’ve managed to fix this! My WPML subscription is expired also ??

    HI guys!!

Sorry for the late response. What we did was testing all plugin versions… and found that 3.7.6 was not triggering that bug.

I know this isn’t a nice answer, but at that time that was the fix we came up with.

    Hope you find something better!
