“undefined” in “dhl_parcelfinder_address”

We successfully implemented the search field for DHL “Packstation” in Germany. Everything is working well, but when the user opens the map for the first time, the Street-Field (dhl_parcelfinder_address) is filled with the value “undefined”.
If the user only enters the ZIP-Code he will get the error “no packstation found”, because the streetname was not found.
How can we solve this?
