Undefined index

  • Got the same problem.
    I solved it by replacing line 110 & 111 with:

    $instance['cat'] = isset($new_instance['cat']) ? $new_instance['cat'] : null;
$instance['tag'] = isset($new_instance['tag']) ? $new_instance['tag'] : null;
